Testing Online Access for Routine Requests

From 1 October 2025, GP practices across the country will be required to keep their online consultation tool open between 8am and 6.30pm for routine requests on the days they are usually open. This will allow patients to make non-urgent requests, submit medication queries, and raise administrative requests.

If you need urgent medical care when the centre is closed, you should telephone NHS 111.

''I've had a very positive experience with this Albert Road GP surgery, especially thanks to Nurse Yohannes. She has been treating my mother's leg injury with great care and professionalism. My mother’s leg injury was in an extremely poor condition but it is only because of the attentive care that was received that her injury has now completely recovered.
